If you need to request an attorney’s date of admission, SDNY bar number, SDNY log-in or password you must e-mail your request to:

helpdesk@nysd.uscourts.gov

Your email request must include

  1. The attorney’s full name
  2. The firm name
  3. The last four digits of the social security number
  4. The state bar number
  5. The attorney’s e-mail address

If the request is received during business hours, you should receive a response the same day.
